In February of 2013 the WMO retired the names Nock-ten, Sonca and Taliam
PAGASA announced the names Amang, Bebeng, Ineng, Juaning, Kabayan and Mina would be stricken off of the list.
The names Sai, Bơ and Buwan were chosen to replace Nock-ten, Sonca and Taliam
