A day or two later, the McGuire nuclear station had a blast impact site of 80 inches, immediately being declared unsafe. as of 2808, the company received a hefty fine and faced government criticisms that it intentionally put it's employees in harm's way.
The Fines Were Later Bumped Up To $12,255, and according to a survey conducted by the mecklenburg county CSB, the explosion was caused by an incredibly high temperature, which severely cracked and ruptured the heat exchange unit. as a result, several findings indicated that the adjacent pipes to the heat exchange unit had been crushed and a survey conducted by the united states department of safety also learned that the explosion was caused by a high temperature hydrogen attack (htta), sizable cracks and severe weakening began to grip the pipes. certain curving styles were implemented for materials used in temperatures above 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and the state also recommended for all personnel to adopt rigorous safety protocols based on the previous rule system.
